Access to your tickets?

An email invitation has been sent to your Main Contact, 2 February, from our ticketing system Trippus.

Invitation:
Email Subject line: “New event in Exhibitor Portal” or “Welcome to the Exhibitor Portal”
Sender: noreply@event.trippus.com

Can’t log in?

1. Go to https://exhibitor.trippus.se
2. Click on “Forgot Password”
3. Email: add your main contacts email address
4. Main contact chooses new password and shares with the team

Important to know

It’s up to each partner to decide how to distribute your Partner Tickets; give them to more staff/internal use, invite partners or through a competition etc.

To get a good mix of our participants we suggest that you distribute you Partner tickets with our Participants Categories in mind.

• You can either forward for the link for your participants to register themself or have someone responsible for registering all participants together.
  
• Tickets that has not been registered by 8th of April will be released to the members waiting list.
• The Partner tickets are personal – but you are more then welcome to switch roles during the day.
• All tickets include lunch.

Exhibitor Portal

The Exhibitor Portal is an online tool where exhibitors can organize their event participation. If you’re part of our event, you’ll receive an email inviting you to set up your account. Once logged in, you’ll be able to:

• Register and manage exhibitor tickets – Add your team members and assign their tickets under the “Personnel” section.
• Track and update registrations – Make changes easily through the “Your Participants” menu.
• Access lead scanning data (if you’ve purchased a Lead Scan) – View, sort, and export leads collected during the event.

Why It’s Important to Activate Your Account

When you receive your Welcome to the Exhibitor Portal email, be sure to activate your account within 30 days, as the invitation link expires. Since only one person per company receives access, check within your team if you’re unsure who got the email.

Lead Scan

The Lead Scan is a smart digital tool that allows exhibitors to collect and manage attendee details during the event. Instead of relying on business cards or manual notes, you can scan visitor badges and instantly access their information.

How It Works

• Scan Attendee Badges – Use your phone or a rented device to scan the QR codes on participant badges.
• Instant Data Collection – Gather contact details and any additional information linked to the attendee’s registration.
• Sort & Export Leads – All collected data is stored in the Exhibitor Portal, where you can filter, organize, and export your leads for easy follow-up.
