Conference Theme 2026

Riding the Tides of Tech – Turning pressure into momentum”.

This theme reflects the pace and pressure shaping today’s tech landscape, and invites us to look closely at how momentum forms, how change unfolds, and how we choose to navigate what’s next. Through talks, conversations, and shared experiences, we’ll explore the waves shaping our industry — and how we can ride them with intention, confidence, and care.

🎟️ Ticket Raffle 🤞

The Women in Tech Conference is one of our most anticipated events of the year. With thousands of members and a limited number of seats at Stockholm Waterfront Congress Center, demand is always high.

To make ticket distribution as fair and inclusive as possible, we use a ticket raffle instead of a first come, first served release.

The ticket raffle allows all interested members to enter during a defined time period. When the raffle closes, tickets are distributed randomly among all valid entries. This ensures that everyone has the same opportunity to attend — regardless of location, timing, or internet speed.

Submitting the enrollment form places you in the raffle pool. All entries have an equal chance of being selected. Submitting the form does not guarantee a ticket.

Livestream – share it at the office

The event will be live streamed so you can share with friends and family – they can watch it on womenintech.se. It will be livestreamed via Youtube so we can send you the link in advance.

Test link: We usually do a test run mid-April. Let us know if you are interested.

✨ Interview stage

What is the interview stage?
When the on-site audience has a break to visit partners in the booths, the live broadcast continues in a fireside chat format with experts in various fields. Physically, the interview stage is going to use the same stage space as the main stage. All our talks on the main stage and interview stage are recorded, and uploaded to our YouTube channel and our WIT Play of which you will have access to. If people who are present in Stockholm want to sit and listen to the talks on the interview stage, they are welcome to – the audio will be lowered so people can move forward and sit at the front to listen.
