Women in Tech Sweden is a non-profit organization founded in 2014. With over 30,000 community members and 50 partners, we’re on a mission to make the tech industry more inclusive and diverse. Best known for hosting one of the largest tech conferences in the Nordics, we inspire, educate, and empower women in tech through events, partnerships, and advocacy.
Our mission is simple: to get more women into tech and ensure those already here feel supported and stay.
We do this by building strong networks, shining a spotlight on inspiring role models and stories, and creating opportunities across the industry. While we focus on bringing more women into tech, we believe lasting change happens when people of all genders and backgrounds work together.
