Building Solutions as a Woman in Tech

As a Product Lead and Product Manager, I have the privilege of turning ideas into reality. I get to solve customer problems, collaborate with brilliant minds across teams, and bring everyone together to make things happen.

Over the past 20 years in tech, I’ve worn many hats—from developer to strategist—and explored multiple industries and technologies. Most recently, I’ve been delving into AI, an exciting new chapter that’s constantly pushing me to grow and learn.

Why Tech?

Tech was a natural choice after graduating with an engineering degree. I started as a developer, but my curiosity drove me to explore different roles and industries. Each step added depth to my understanding and passion for technology.

What hooks me about tech is its constant evolution. It’s always throwing new challenges your way, forcing you to think creatively and adapt. That dynamic energy keeps me motivated and engaged.

What Does the Women in Tech Community Mean to You?

To me, the Women in Tech community is a powerhouse of support, inspiration, and motivation. It’s incredible to see women balancing careers, growth, and life with such determination.

Being part of this community fills me with pride. It’s an honor to contribute by sharing my journey and inspiring others to take on roles where they can lead, innovate, and make a difference. Together, we’re shaping the future.

Advice for Aspiring Women in Tech

Take the leap—just do it! There are so many resources and people willing to help as soon as you start looking and speaking up. Be bold and ask for support.

Remember, this is a team game, not an individual sport. You’re not alone in this journey, and there’s always room for more people to join and thrive.

🎨 I enjoy being creative and experimenting with arts and crafts—my latest hobby is making clay earrings.

🌱I love gardening and growing my own food (when Sweden’s weather allows!).

✈️ I enjoy traveling with my family, especially to new cities and sandy beaches.

🏸 I used to play a lot of different sports in my schooling days and still play badminton sometimes and love to dance.

Do You Have Any Pets?

I have two daughters—that’s enough for now! I grew up with dogs and hope to have one in the future.
