Women in Tech Finland
Women in Tech Finland is one of the largest tech communities in Finland, dedicated to building a more inclusive and connected tech industry. Founded in 2012, the community brings together over 50 partner organisations and a network of nearly 36,000 professionals and future talent.
At its core, Women in Tech Finland creates space for connection, inspiration, and knowledge sharing, highlighting and celebrating women in tech, amplifying real stories and expertise, and fostering a strong peer network across companies and roles. Its mission is to support more women to enter, stay, and grow in tech careers.
