Shorena Tsindeliani

CEO & Co-founder, Hydromars

Shorena Tsindeliani is the CEO and Co-founder of Hydromars, a Swedish deep-tech company developing advanced water purification systems for space. Originally from Georgia, Shorena’s path has taken her from studying business in Tbilisi to earning a master’s in Health Economics, Policy, and Management at Karolinska Institutet in Stockholm. With a growing passion for the space industry, she later dove into executive courses in space law and private space sector development. Before founding Hydromars in 2020, she held leadership roles in both public and private sectors across the Baltic Sea region. Beyond her work, Shorena blends her interest in aesthetics and design with the rigor of engineering innovation.
