Noora Hammar

Head of Cyber Threat Protection Management, Volvo Group | Founder & Chapter President, Women4Cyber Finland

Noora Hammar is an experienced cybersecurity professional with over a decade of diverse experience in various cyber and information security roles. Hammar is currently leading the Cyber Threat Protection Management sub-function at Volvo Group Digital & IT. Hammar is an active contributor, influencer and a mentor in the Finnish cybersecurity community, being the founder of Women4Cyber Finland, which officially represents Finland among 28 national chapters across Europe. Their mission is to supporting women in finding employment in the cybersecurity field in Finland, with an aim to increase diversity in the field. She is also one of the founding members of the non-profit organization, Next Gen Hack FI, founded to support young people in finding ethical hacking, also acting as the pre-qualifier for ENISAs annual European Cyber Security Challenge (ECSC).
