Kirsty is a seasoned marketing and communications professional, with over 25 years in the ICT industry and currently Head of Marketing & Communications (M&C) for Ericsson’s Cloud Software & Services business. Previously Kirsty has held executive roles including Global Head of employee Engagement, External Relations and recently Head of Global Transformation & Delivery, leading AI transformation for M&C. Kirsty is passionate about empowering the next generation of talent, promoting inclusive, authentic leadership and is an active mentor and coach.
