Åsa Johansen

Director, Women in Tech Sweden

Åsa has been a driving force behind Women in Tech Sweden since 2019 and took on the role of Director in 2023. Under her leadership, the initiative has expanded into multiple pillars, amplifying its impact across the industry. She has been recognized with awards such as Narren: Stora Eventpriset and has been featured in Dagens Industri for her advocacy for STEAM.

With a background in communications, PR, and events, Åsa has extensive experience in building bridges between business, tech, and society. She is passionate about inclusion, representation, and creating concrete pathways for women into the tech industry.
