How It Works

1. Be a Member.
2. Enter the Raffle. Submit your info, no later than 11:59 PM February 25th, in the enrollment form on womenintech.se and swoosh, your name is in the hat.
3. Cross Your Fingers. Winners will be drawn randomly and be notified on February 27th.

Confirm your spot

If you are offered a ticket you need to confirm your spot, using the link in the email. There is a booking fee of 59 SEK when you claim your ticket. With so many people looking to get a spot, we want to have your commitment to show up, and hope that the equivalent of a ☕ will do the job.  

No ticket? There will be a waitlist.

If your name is not drawn your entry will automatically be moved to the waitlist. When a ticket holder cancels their spor, our system/sorting hat will randomly select someone from the waitlist. If that person is you, you’ll get an email with the ask to confirm the offer.

Join the Fun Online

Whether you get a ticket to Waterfront or not, you can still be part of the experience. We’re livestreaming the entire conference at womenintech.se, so why not make it a thing? Gather your friends or colleagues, set up a watch party, and be part of the action from anywhere!
