The fee helps us create the best possible experience for everyone attending. It minimizes no-shows and ensures that every ticket goes to someone who truly wants to attend.
Yes! But we do apply a non-refundable booking fee of 59 SEK, to minimize the risk of no-shows.
We’re using Trippus as our ticket operator for this event. Any emails you receive from us regarding your ticket or event details will come from Trippus—it’s legit, no need to worry about scams!

When a ticket becomes available, our system will randomly draw a new winner from the waitlist. If you’re selected, you’ll receive an email with instructions on how to claim your ticket. The waitlist remains open until the day of the event.
If you don’t win in the first raffle, you’ll automatically be placed on the waitlist. Whenever a ticket holder cancels, our system will randomly select a new winner from the waitlist.

Doors open at 8.00 AM. The Main Stage program starts at 9:00.
Yes! Everything happening on the Main Stage and all the Focus Sessions will be live-streamed here on the website. There will also be web-exclusive interviews.

Yes, lunch will be served during the event. If you selected a vegetarian option when you registered, please head to the designated vegetarian area to pick up your meal.
It’s a vegan/vegetarian wrap that includes beetroot hummus, feta cheese, roasted cabbage, and pickled red onion (contains gluten and lactose).
The food will be Vegan, you can find it anywhere.
If you’ve registered any allergies or special cost, your meal will be available at the kiosk in M1.
Yes! Free coffee and water will be available throughout the day to keep you refreshed and energised.
