Ami Denborg

Ami has a long background in the tech industry. She started her career as a test engineer with a passion for quality. Today she is director of the RnD department at ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions Hospitality, managing 9 development teams with almost 100 engineers. They focus on everything from electronics, mechanics and HW development, to firmware, software, app and cloud development. Amis focus is always on the people, leading and helping them grow while driving change and innovation and making sure that promised deliveries are committed and executed upon. Ami believes that engaged people with the right mindset is the most important part for an R&D department success.
