Yana Litvinova is a Product Leader with almost 10 years of experience in IT and more than 5 years leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced, technology-driven environments. She has worked across product management, project leadership, and customer-facing roles, primarily within startup environments, delivering SaaS and AI-driven solutions from early-stage MVPs to products designed for seamless integration.

Yana is a natural leader who empowers others to grow while fostering confidence and a forward-looking mindset. She is part of the Connecting Jobs community, where she has shared her own journey and perspectives on what employers can do to better support and include international talent.

Beyond her professional work, Yana is actively engaged in supporting newcomers to Sweden and empowering women in tech. She leads workshops on personal branding and speaks at community events, with a strong commitment to creating more inclusive pathways into the tech industry.
