Dr Hannah Prior leads Climate Risk and Resilience for Microsoft’s Worldwide Public Sector, working with governments, cities and utilities to build climate‑resilient water, energy and urban systems. At the intersection of AI, geospatial intelligence and environmental science, she helps turn fragmented data into early insight and better decisions. She previously led UK national climate‑risk research and is a Business Fellow at the University of Oxford.
