Pernille Geneser

Pernille Geneser is an accomplished technology leader with over two decades of experience in
digital transformation focusing on the retail sphere. Currently, as the Chief Digital and
Information Officer (CDIO) at STARK Group since December 2019, Pernille drives the
digital innovation journey modernizing the STARK Group platform. Prior to her role at
STARK Group, Pernille was the CIO at the global retailer BESTSELLER from October 2013
to December 2018, significantly impacting the company's technology strategies. Her career
began as a SAP Manager at JYSK from March 2002 to February 2004, and she later held a
key role at ECCO Shoes as CIO and Arla Foods, contributing to business solutions
development. On top of her current position, Pernille is a Member of the Board at WAREMA
Renkhoff and Unit IT, actively shaping their strategies. Pernille is a respected technology and
business leader, consistently driving digital transformation and always from a business
perspective.
