Advanced Analytics Team Lead, If

Lu has a background in Physics and a PhD in Medical Imaging. After leaving academic research, she worked for the UK Government, where she transitioned to data science and machine learning. In 2021, she moved back to Sweden and joined If’s Advanced Analytics Team.

As a Team Lead, Lu provides the data scientists with guidance, support, and opportunities for professional development, and ensures the right competencies for current and future business needs. She also serves as a Product Owner for Advanced Analytics, developing and productionising AI products that support many business areas across If.
