Johanna has always been interested in technology and digitalization, and how we facilitate change in our organizations. As Sustainability Manager at Vattenfall Johanna lead the Sustainability activities in the IT and Tech domain, it includes everything from optimising the data use and storage, use of AI, supplier management, hardware asset management and employee engagement. All through sustainable solutions.

During her career, Johanna has worked as a management consultant and driven major transformations in various industries such as energy, mining, transport, and battery production. Through these experiences she has gained given a broad understanding of how different organizations can implement sustainable solutions through digitalization.

Johanna looks forward to sharing her insights and experiences on how the Tech industry can be part of the transition and how we can create a more sustainable future by using digital tools and innovation.
