Ine is a seasoned leader with over 25 years of experience in banking, finance, and IT across Norway and in the international landscape. Before working at DNB, Ine has enjoyed working for companies such as Santander, KPMG and Banqsoft. For the past 12 years, she has been a driving force at DNB, holding various leadership positions. Most recently, she has been serving as executive vice president for Governance, Risk and Operational Excellence.

Passionate about diversity and inclusion, Ine actively champions the advancement of women in tech. Ine is highly committed to supporting women in tech and is an avid advocate of women equality in the workplace. She is delivering inspiring talks on fostering inclusive workplaces and empowering female colleagues, particularly with her partner colleagues in India, promoting a culture of understanding and inclusivity. Ine is also a champion of responsible technology. She spearheads DNB’s initiatives on corporate governance, data ethics, sustainability, risk, quality and compliance – underscoring the importance of ethical practices in the digital age.
