Edit joined Electrolux in 2017 and has extensive experience in people and organizational development strategy and business transformation across Electrolux Operations and R&D. Prior to Electrolux, Edit worked in FMCG in Danone and Jacobs Douwe Egberts in CEE, the Netherlands, and in the Nordics. She is a big advocate of growth mindset, inclusive leadership and coaching. Outside work, Edit volunteers as a career advisor for friends and friends´ friends. Edit is Hungarian and holds masters’ degrees in Human Resources Management and English Literature & Linguistics. She is the proud mother of two teenagers.
