I’m Amalia – a long-time community builder with a soft spot for tech and a decade of experience in the art of bringing people together business. I’ve led initiatives and events alongside cool partners like Sana Labs, Greenely, and Internetstiftelsen – always with the goal of creating better people focused events.

Over the years, I’ve come to describe myself as living at the intersection of blaze, bureaucracy & business (or bus, byråkrati & business, if you’re feeling Swedish):

🌪️ Blaze: because I don’t just join communities, I ignite them.
✍️ Bureaucracy: because structure is what makes community last.
✨ Business: because building things that matter requires momentum and guts.

These days, I’m pouring all of that into shaping a more intentional, human-centered tech industry – through events, wing womaning, and some really good fika.
