Shaping the Future of Parental Well-being at Work – Take the LEIA Survey

These are the questions at the heart of a new initiative from LEIA Health, in collaboration with Unconventional Ventures and Women in Tech Sweden. Together, we’re launching the first national report on parental leave and parental well-being in the workplace.

To build this report, LEIA Health is collecting insights through a national survey and in-depth interviews with both parents and HR professionals. The goal? To understand the real challenges and opportunities facing parents in Sweden—and to help companies create more supportive, inclusive workplaces for everyone.

How You Can Get Involved
