Announcing Our 2025 Partners

As we kick off 2025, Women in Tech is thrilled to announce our official partners for the year — a group of companies that exemplify the values of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).

This year’s lineup of partners includes global leaders and household names from diverse sectors such as technology, finance, retail, media, energy, and consultancy. Among them are Main Partners Accenture, EY, Infosys, and Nordea, alongside a host of prominent Swedish and international companies:

ABB, ATG, B3 Consulting Group, Bonnier News, CGI, Dell, Deloitte, Dun & Bradstreet, EasyPark, Electrolux Group, Experis, H&M, Handelsbanken, HiQ, Hitachi Energy, ICA Gruppen, Kindred People, Knowit, LeoVegas Group, Länsförsäkringar AB, Nasdaq, Sandvik, Scania, SEB, Skandia, Swedbank, Sylog, Tele2, Tietoevry, Vattenfall, and Visma.

In an era where the importance of DEI is met with growing resistance in some corners of the globe, it’s inspiring to see businesses stepping up, not just in words but in action. Our partners have signed our Partner Agreement, which declares:

“By signing this Agreement, the Partner and the Association pledge their commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) as an integral part of their collaboration. Both parties recognize that this partnership is both a privilege and a responsibility, acknowledging this Agreement furthers the mission to build a tech landscape that is inclusive, equitable, and empowering for all.

Throughout the year both parties will embrace opportunities to educate themselves and their team members on DEI issues and work towards implementing policies and practices that promote an inclusive environment.”

This isn’t just a statement — it’s a promise. Throughout the year, we’ll be working together to educate, learn, and implement practices that foster inclusivity across the tech industry. Some of these partners have been with us for years, proving their dedication time and again. Their ongoing support ensures that we continue breaking barriers and creating opportunities for underrepresented groups in tech.

“It’s inspiring to see such a wide array of businesses come together to champion gender equality and inclusion. From banking to manufacturing, consultancy to retail, our partners reflect the strength and breadth of Sweden’s business landscape. Their support enables us to continue building platforms and initiatives that empower our 26,000 members and inspire the next generation of female leaders”, said Åsa Johansen, Director of Women in Tech Sweden.

As the global conversation around DEI evolves, we’re reminded of the importance of collective action. Together, with our partners, we are building a future where everyone has a seat at the table. Stay tuned for updates throughout the year as we celebrate the milestones and successes of these collaborations.
