In tech, what gets measured gets managed. That’s why the State of Women in Tech survey exists. Every year, women across Sweden share what working in tech really looks like — and those experiences become data that shapes conversations, strategies, and decisions.

Last year, more than 3,000 women took part. The results showed a clear pattern: women enjoy working in tech, but leadership quality, unequal treatment, and persistent pay gaps continue to influence career decisions.

Now, we’re building the State of Women in Tech 2026. By taking part, you help ensure that discussions about equality in tech are grounded in reality — not assumptions.
