💜 Women in Tech Career Day

Yesterday, we hosted our very first Women in Tech Career Day and what an incredible day it was! Over 400 women filled the room with energy, curiosity, and connection. Together with our partners 3 Sverige, Tobii Dynavox, Epicenter, and Changers Tech/Hub, we explored the tech world from every angle — from coding and leadership to entrepreneurship, DEI, and personal growth.

One of the most moving moments came from our Hopes & Fears Wall, where participants shared their thoughts on the future. The hopes spoke of courage, creativity, and purpose — “To lead with empathy,” “To build something I’m proud of,” “To tell my story one day to inspire others.” 💜

Despite shared fears of uncertainty and self-doubt, the wall overflowed with optimism — proof that hope truly outweighs fear when women come together.
