The Meet-Up, Shaping Tomorrow: AI, Innovation & the New Reality, continues some of the conversations we started at #WITswe2026: how technology is changing our jobs, what expertise will matter in the future and why human capabilities become even more important as AI accelerates.

And we’re having those conversations in a place called the Imaginarium. Which feels pretty appropriate.

Humans in the lead

The morning starts with Louise Carneros, Experience Transformation Associate Manager, and Elisabeth Adolfsson, Experience Transformation Consultant, exploring how we navigate increasingly complex technology landscapes while keeping humans in the lead.

Because as technology becomes more capable, the conversation isn’t only about what AI can do. It’s also about the judgement, expertise, creativity and leadership people bring alongside it.

Then we move from conversation to demo.

Albin Arnelo, Experience Transformation Consultant, and Vendela Larsson, Product Engineer, will showcase Accenture’s award-winning AI-powered Supply & Demand solution.

The solution uses CV data and natural-language prompts to identify relevant skills, experience and consultant matches for project opportunities- and recently picked up Best Business Impact, Best Demo and People’s Choice at an internal AI Hackathon Final Demo Day.

It’s a chance to see a practical example of AI being applied to a real business challenge and discuss what happens when human expertise and new technology work together.

There’s another reason we’re particularly happy to be doing this Meet-Up.

Accenture has been a Women in Tech Sweden partner for 10 years.

Over those years, the technology has changed enormously — and so have many of the conversations around it. But our shared ambition to bring people together, exchange perspectives and create more opportunities for women in tech remains.

So we’re looking forward to another morning together, this time with AI, breakfast and the Imaginarium.
