Dominican Senior Product and Behavioural Designer with a background in industrial design and consumer psychology. I’ve translated that foundation into designing digital products at the intersection of user needs, business goals, and complex systems, working across product, engineering, and data. My work involves navigating ambiguity, challenging assumptions, and translating complexity into clear, usable experiences, particularly in high-stakes environments where the margin for error is small. I’m especially interested in how design can bring clarity to systems that aren’t always built to be understood, and in the role designers play in advocating for people within them.
