Rocío’s first AI project in 2018 changed everything — she saw the power and pitfalls of AI up close. With 10+ years in tech across banking and retail, she founded her own AI advisory to help startups, SMEs, and VCs cut through the hype and turn AI into real results — with clarity, action, and heart. Seeing the underrepresentation of women in the AI field, she helped build Women in AI Sweden from its launch in 2020, where she still serves on the leadership team to build a more inclusive future.
