Barbara brings over 10 years of experience as a strategist at the intersection of commercial, product, and technology domains. In her roles as the Nordic Strategy and Transactions AI Leader and Nordic EY.ai Value Accelerator responsible, she supports clients in identifying the most impactful AI & digital value creation opportunities to enable their strategic priorities. In relation to mergers and acquisitions, she assists investors in assessing the quality of AI solutions and potential disruption risks. Barbara has a strong track record in the Software, Financial Services, and Telecom sectors, proven in an international setting, having worked in the Nordics, Poland, the UK, and the US. Through her active participation in the Women in Tech community and internal initiatives at EY focused on the adoption of AI-enabled tools and ways of working, she fosters an inclusive, curious, and innovative environment that promotes continuous learning and growth.
