Ann Johansson is engaged in change management as part of the Lean-Agile transformation at Länsförsäkringar AB, bringing over 17 years of experience within the company. As a project manager, she played a key role in the organization’s transition to more flexible ways of working. Throughout her career at Länsförsäkringar AB, she has primarily focused on change management, business development, innovation coordination, conference facilitation and participation, and establishing effective ways of working across the Länsförsäkringar group.
