Emma Berglund is Head of Product Unit Giraffe 1X at Saab AB. A unit that is responsible for the development, production and delivery of Giraffe 1X surface radar systems. Giraffe 1X is a truly SW driven radar that is reshaping both internal ways of working as well as external customer behaviors.

With over 10 years of experience from leading different R&D organizations Emma is passionate about Software transformation and how that is reshaping products and business models. By combining the perspectives of business, people and technology Emma aims to build organizations that can meet the challenge of both being competitive today while at the same time innovative for tomorrow.
