đ Meet Lavleen Nahta, a passionate DevOps engineer at Scania whoâs been shaping the tech landscape for over a decade!
Lavleenâs tech journey began 11 years ago as a developer, and after exploring various roles, she discovered her passion for cloud computing and transitioned to DevOps engineering. Today, she works at Scania, creating seamless deployment and operational experiences for developers. Lavleen also enjoys attending tech events and meet-ups to gain inspiration from the brilliant minds in the industry.
It all started with her grandparentsâboth engineers, who played a big role in sparking Lavleen’s interest in the field. From her first job, Lavleen was hooked by the thrill of solving complex problems. Over time, her love for tech grew, and she realized that this path would not only help her grow professionally but also help her find her true identity.
Lavleen is a new member of the Women in Tech community, and sheâs already feeling the immense support and guidance it offers. She sees it as a space where women help one another achieve their dreams and build their unique identities, selflessly offering help and encouragement along the way.
“Believe in yourself,” says Lavleen. “There will be challenges, but never give up. Trust in your abilities, keep pushing forward, and one day, you will achieve your dream!”
When Lavleen isnât making waves in the tech world, she loves traveling, nature walks, and spending time with friends. Sheâs also the proud owner of a cute little cocker spaniel named Rio, whom she misses dearly. To cope, Lavleen loves spending time with her friends who have pets and often pet-sits for them. Lavleenâs Rio is definitely the one who holds a special place in her heart! đ¶
