As a passionate mining engineer, Elen Toodu has a comprehensive background in both operational and technical roles. She started in the oil shale mining and shortly moved into gold mining in the Finnish arctics. In various roles, Elen embraced a range of positions, and became a part of Sandvik 2019. Elen truly enjoys collaborating with all the remarkable people in the mining industry to push for safer, more sustainable, and efficient mining practices.
