Elke Glaser

Elke Glaser is leading the IT department for Germany and Austria with a passion for sustainability and continuous improvement towards digitalization. Elke joined Electrolux in 2007 and has more than 20 years of experience in project and process management, business transformation and continuous improvement, and has been part of several leadership teams. As Continuous Improvement Manager, she introduced the “Better Living Program” in 2019 in Germany and Austria. Since then, she has been bringing sustainability to daily work through digital solutions.
