Don’t Panic. This time, it’s not a race game, but a game of chance.
Yes. This is NOT a first come first served practice. As long as you have entered The Raffle by submitting The Enrollment Form you are in the list. By submitting the form you are listed for the random distribution of tickets to the conference. Submitting the form does not guarantee you a ticket to the conference.
On February 26th, our system will randomly select the lucky folks who get a seat. Everyone who’s listed themselves in The Enrollment will get an e-mail on February 27th where it states whether you got a ticket are if you are on the waitlist.
Check your inbox on February 27.
You can still sign up as a member, and it will be possible to enter the waitlist to the conference.
If you don’t win in the first raffle, you’ll automatically be placed on the waitlist. Whenever a ticket holder cancels, our system will randomly select a new winner from the waitlist.
On February 27 you’ll get an email from Trippus!
The fee helps us create the best possible experience for everyone attending. It minimizes no-shows and ensures that every ticket goes to someone who truly wants to attend.
When a ticket becomes available, our system will randomly draw a new winner from the waitlist. If you’re selected, you’ll receive an email with instructions on how to claim your ticket. The waitlist remains open until the day of the event.
Absolutely! We’re livestreaming the entire conference at womenintech.se, so you can join from anywhere. Why not make it a thing? Host a watch party with friends or colleagues and be part of the experience online!

To cancel your ticket, please find your booking confirmation email with the subject line “#WITswe2026: Ticket Confirmation!” from noreply@event.trippus.com.

No. The event is strictly for ticket holders, who are also members at womenintech.se
No, tickets are personal and non-transferable. If you can’t attend, please cancel your ticket as soon as possible so we can offer it to someone on the waitlist.
Yes, the waitinglist closes a few days before the event, 22 April. But you can watch the whole event on the online livestream here: #WITswe2026.

Yes! But we do apply a non-refundable booking fee of 59 SEK, to minimize the risk of no-shows.
We’re using Trippus as our ticket operator for this event. Any emails you receive from us regarding your ticket or event details will come from Trippus—it’s legit, no need to worry about scams!

The #WITswe2026 conference will take place at the Stockholm Waterfront Congress Center on 22 April. The address is Nils Ericsons Plan 4, 111 64 Stockholm.
Doors open at 8.00 AM. The Main Stage program starts at 9:00.
Yes! Everything happening on the Main Stage and all the Focus Sessions will be live-streamed here on the website. There will also be web-exclusive interviews.

Yes, lunch will be served during the event. If you selected a vegetarian option when you registered, please head to the designated vegetarian area to pick up your meal.
It’s a vegan/vegetarian wrap that includes beetroot hummus, feta cheese, roasted cabbage, and pickled red onion (contains gluten and lactose).
The food will be Vegan, you can find it anywhere.
If you’ve registered any allergies or special cost, your meal will be available at the kiosk in M1.
Yes! Free coffee and water will be available throughout the day to keep you refreshed and energised.
In addition to the lunch provided, there’s a kiosk on site where you can purchase snacks and additional food if needed.
While there are no dedicated quiet rooms, you can step aside briefly if absolutely necessary.
