Viktoria Henge Klättborg

Viktoria has got a master’s in mechanical engineering but got on the IT train when she finished LTH and moved to Stockholm. She started her career at a small consulting company as a developer in a large billing system, where she also worked with quality assurance and problem management. After that, Viktoria mainly worked in the retail industry with system development and people management in various leadership roles.

In recent years, Viktoria’s focus has been on giving the employees in her team the best conditions possible for a developing, stimulating and balanced work life. Since last summer, Viktoria has been a successful and valued group manager for the Online team at Tre.
