In 2019 Tre Online was an outsourced EpiServer build with poor performance due to heavy logic frontend. During high load, like the iPhone launch, the site often performed badly and could even crash. Design was out of our control and transaction value poor. We needed to change everything – entirely in line with inventing the future. Listen to how we transformed by staffing competence in-house and merging IT and commercial forces. The site is now modernized to the latest technologies, stable, and “worry-free”. tre.se generates more than twice the revenue and continues to grow. Speakers: Viktoria Henge Klättborg.
