Ebba leads national AI education initiatives at AI Sweden, Sweden’s national centre for applied AI. She works to build AI competence across the public sector, business, and leadership — driven by the conviction that AI literacy is a matter of democracy.
With a background spanning entrepreneurship, innovation, and research, Ebba operates at the intersection of technology, people, and organisations. As a researcher and doctoral candidate at Stockholm University, she has spent years studying how digital communication is fundamentally reshaping what it means to lead — and what it means to be human in organisations increasingly mediated by screens and algorithms.
Ebba believes the most urgent question in AI is not what the technology can do — but who gets to decide. She advocates for an AI transition that is genuinely inclusive: one where diversity is not an afterthought, but the foundation for building technology that makes our societies thrive.
