Strategic Advisor Diversity & Inclusion, Nordea

Åsa Nilsson Billme has worked with diversity, equity and inclusion for two decades within various industries and sectors, in Sweden and on international platforms. She is co-founder of Diversity Charter Sweden where she was on the Board for five years, and part of creating the EU Diversity Charter platform. She is several times awarded and since 2016 working at Nordea, where she has been driving the diversity & inclusion agenda in different roles – presently as the strategic advisor for the area.
