Ariella Rotstein Gille

Ariella is Co-lead at ICAx, an innovation hub, where she is part of leading an innovation journey within ICA. Starting new services and roles with change and cultural shifts as central focus has been a common thread with the assignments Ariella has been involved in. This includes building the role of brand manager at ICA for ICA’s EMV, where she is – among other things – behind the creation and development of the product series ICA I love eco, to as marketing manager starting Afound, one of H&M’s concepts. After a few years, she is back at ICA, involved in driving innovation again.
