Alice Boström works as an Account Executive for Startups at Microsoft, where she partners with founders and startups to turn ambitious ideas into real-world impact using cloud and AI technologies. Prior to her current role, Alice worked as an AI Solution Architect, helping organizations design and implement AI solutions with a strong focus on responsible and scalable adoption.

Alice has also been actively involved in AI‑lyftet since its inception – a national Swedish initiative aimed at raising AI competence across society, with the goal of upskilling 250,000 people. With a background spanning both deep technical expertise and commercial strategy, Alice brings a pragmatic and inclusive perspective on how AI can be used to drive innovation, growth, and long-term value.
