Alexandra has 20+ years of experience from tech in various roles ranging from CEO on the start-up scene, business area responsible at a global company to the CIO of a leading e-commerce player with presence in the Nordics and Netherlands. She drives digital transformations with a strong focus on creating diverse teams to be able to reach stretch goals. With her leadership she releases the forces within organisations to become the best they can be. Diversity is key to create change and one of the goals is to always have a 50/50 gender split in her management teams.
