Alexandra Fürst is a skilled leader with over 25 years of experience in various leadership roles within IT and technology. Alexandra has held positions such as CEO in the start-up scene, business area responsible at a global tech company, and COO at a leading e- commerce player with a presence in the Nordics and Benelux. Since March 2025, Alexandra is the Group CTIO at Telia Company, the telecommunications leader in the Nordic and Baltic region.

With a strong focus on digital transformation, business-driven IT, and a curious mindset, Alexandra enables organizations to achieve ambitious goals. Diversity is key to creating change and gaining new insights, and combined with her prestigeless approach, Alexandra's leadership creates engaged teams delivering at their best potential. Alexandra holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Linköping University.
