Ijlal Tahir joined Electrolux in 2017 as a business analyst working within the digitalization program aiming at enhancing consumer experience. Later, she took a team lead role driving the consumer channel solution team through the implementation of our innovative contact center technologies. Currently Ijlal is working as Ownership Sales and Services Manager leading consumer channels and service operation solution teams responsible for enhancing contact center agent, service technicians and consumers experience throughout the services journeys.
