Focus Session is a 45-minute deep-dive session designed to give participants practical insights, skills, and meaningful interaction with your experts.
Stucture
- The first slot is at 13:00 – 13.45
- The second is at 14:15 – 15:00
Package Includes
- 4 speaker/hosts tickets are included when hosting a Focus Session
- Your speaker(s) will be showcased as Speakers at womenintech.se.
- Live-streaming from the venue is included.
- On-demand streaming/video file available after the event
Room allocation
Room allocation for Focus Sessions will be determined closer to the event. We will review all participating companies, session themes, and indicated interest to ensure a well-balanced programme and an optimal experience for attendees. The aim is to create a good distribution across topics, companies, and audience size, while maximising engagement in each session.
Room Set-Up Includes:
All rooms will include a theater seating and one standing table on stage for the speaker(s). See picture below to get an idea.
Every room will be equpied with the following technology:
- 1 head microphone
- 1 hand microphone
- 1 screen
- 1 PC with clicker

NO STORING
There is no possibility to store larger goods or packaging neither before nor during the event. After the event everything must be dismantled, all goods and packaging included!
HELP DESK @ WATERFRONT
The help desk is located at the green booth on floor 4, outside M1/exhibition area and will be open during both set up, dismantling and during the event all day April 22.
