On October 7, Women in Tech Sweden and Saab Common Tech invite our community to Saab AB in Solna for an evening exploring Tech that Matters – Saab’s Digital Transformation Journey.

Saab is transforming rapidly, with software, data and AI playing an increasingly important role across the organisation. This Meet-Up is a chance to look behind that transformation and hear directly from the women helping shape what comes next.

We’ll hear from Carin Forsling, Vice President Digital Strategy & Acceleration at Saab, on how software, data and AI are accelerating Saab’s digital transformation.

We’ll also hear from Angelica Persson, Head of C-UAS at Saab, about her career journey from Systems Engineer to leading a highly specialised technology area.

Her story offers a glimpse into the different paths a career in tech can take, and what it can look like to grow into leadership while working at the forefront of complex technology.

The evening will also feature a panel discussion bringing together women from Saab and Women in Tech Sweden to talk about leading change, driving innovation and shaping the future of technology.
