TICKET RAFFLE OPENS IN FEBRUARY 2026 – TBD

The Women in Tech Conference is one of our most anticipated events of the year – and with thousands of members and a limited number of seats at Stockholm Waterfront Congress Center, demand is always high.

To make ticket distribution as fair and inclusive as possible, we use a ticket raffle.

Why a Raffle? ⚖️

Simply put: fairness.

We have more members than tickets to the main conference at Stockholm Waterfront Congress Center. In previous years, “first come, first served” turned into a stressful race — one that depended more on internet speed, timing, and server luck than anything else. Many people never even got the chance to enter.

That didn’t feel very Women in Tech Sweden.

So we ditched the race and embraced the raffle — a system where everyone has the same opportunity, no matter where you’re logging in from.

What the Raffle Means 🎰

This is not a first come, first served process.

Tickets are distributed randomly to ensure fairness.


Who Can Join? ✨

To enter the ticket raffle, you must be a Women in Tech member.

Not a member yet?
You can sign up — once you’re a member, you can enter the raffle or waitlist when it opens.


How It Works 🎩

1. Be a Member

You need to be a Women in Tech member to participate – join here.

2. Enter the Raffle

Submit your information via the enrollment form on womenintech.se.
Once submitted — swoosh — your name goes into the (system) hat.

3. Cross Your Fingers

Tickets are drawn randomly.
If you’re selected, you’ll receive an email letting you know.

4. Confirm Your Spot

If you’re offered a ticket, you must confirm it via the link in the email.

To secure your place, we charge a small booking fee when you claim your ticket.
With high demand, this helps ensure commitment — we’re hoping the cost of a ☕ is enough to make sure seats are filled by people who can attend.

5. The Waitlist

Not selected in the first draw? No problem.
