Dr Ulrika Sultan research girls’ interest in STEM, challenging stereotypes and showing how these stories influence identity, confidence, and engagement. She works with schools, industry, and the public sectors, including advisory roles and international initiatives. Now, a visiting researcher at Chalmers University and Universeum, she works for inclusive, research-driven STEM education and outreach. Her work has earned awards for innovation, leadership, and gender equality in tech.
