Sarah Rogers-Svensson is the Head of Retail & Mobile Payments Technology at Nordea, which includes (for example) responsibility for Nordea’s technical solution for Swish. Originally from the UK, Sarah now resides in Stockholm and brings a wealth of experience in various IT roles, including requirements analysis, testing, scrum mastering, and development. Sarah firmly believes that people are at their best when they bring their whole selves to work, and champions the idea that diverse teams are a necessary prerequisite for innovation. One fun fact: Sarah has proudly represented Sweden internationally in the sport of Lightsaber Combat.
