Inera is the agency responsible for coordinating Sweden’s country councils and municipalities for an efficient development of welfare with digitization. Sara Meunier is a member of the Board at Linnaeus University and was formerly responsible for architecture and governance for digitization at SALAR, the Swedish Association for local Authorities and Regions.
