I have been given the privilege to lead Digital Banking & IT in Swedbank. We are in the middle of a paradigm shift, driven by new behaviors and habits amongst our customers as well as new technologies driving the future. Innovation and collaboration capacity is crucial as well as utilizing new technologies and agility to be able to deliver the best services and solutions with the greatest customer experience.
