I have been given the privilege to lead Digital Banking & IT in Swedbank. We are in the middle of a paradigm shift, driven by new behaviors and habits amongst our customers as well as new technologies driving the future. Much is changing and a handful important parameters will be vital for our success. Innovation and collaboration capacity is crucial as well as utilizing new technologies and agility to be able to deliver the best services and solutions with the greatest customer experience. I am proud to head a team full of passionate, skilled tech and customer obsessed talents, taking Swedbanks into the future.
